  2. hi mate, all your method is not working for me, may I know what’s the problem?

  3. The second method worked for me – As my website doesn’t have the footer option. The messenger is live but the custom messages won’t show, I’ve tried everything from fb itself but besides the greeting – The welcome message and faqs won’t show and it’s also a bit glitchy. Any advise?

    1. Thanks for sharing. I will need to look into this. There might be a clash with your other plugins or theme.

  4. Hi Steward, thanks for the video tutorial for installing Messenger live chat on WordPress, I have successfully installing it with the step by step guidance. Question: which plug in will you recommend for installing Whatsapp live chat on WordPress? And, will you do a video tutorial on that topic? I enjoy watching other video tutorials on various topics, you’re doing an amazing job!

  5. Hi Stewart! Thank you for this awesome tutorial. I have a question though, how can you resize the messenger icon on your website? I tried it but it’s in svg.

    1. Hi Philip,
Great question, I will have to look into this. Is the default size too big or small?

  6. Hi Stewart, we do not have “Add Messenger to your website” link as it appears on your screen at 2:00. Any ideas? We do have a Business Manager account. Regards Jamie

  7. Hello, How can I reverse the process you demonstrated in this video and get rid of the pasted code so that I can install the plug in instead?

  8. That was very helpful thank you. Mine has the “Powered by Messenger” at the bottom how do you remove it?

    1. Hey mate,
What is your issue? You might be facing clashes with your theme or plugins.

  9. Hi Stewart. I am following along. My Facebook Account wants me to add the plug in and I don’t seem to be able to add the website address first. This means I do not have the ability to customise the message before I add the plug in. Any ideas how I can change this or will I get the option to customise after adding the plug in

  10. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work with the stupid “New Pages Experience”. It just takes you to a new settings page with no ability to do anything.
