4. The second method worked for me – As my website doesn’t have the footer option. The messenger is live but the custom messages won’t show, I’ve tried everything from fb itself but besides the greeting – The welcome message and faqs won’t show and it’s also a bit glitchy. Any advise?

This means I do not have the ability to customise the message before I add the plug in. Any ideas how I can change this or will I get the option to customise after adding the plug in
